Assisting you or your loved one with personal tasks during day-to-day life to ensure participant live as independently as possible.
Household Tasks
Get My Care is dedicated to helping you with everyday tasks and activities, and assisting with independence.
Group Centre Activities
Organising group activities to help you increase your social life and have a good time out meeting other people and increasing relathinships.
Community Nursing
Get My Care have qualified Registered Nurses to come to you, whether you are seeking a Nursing Assessments or needing assistance with High Intensity Personal Activities. All Registered Nurses are up to date with their practice to help you get the most relevant information.
High Intensity Personal Activities
Helping you with a high level of support to assist you with everyday living. This includes Urinary Catheters, Complex Wound Management, Complex Bowel Care etc.
All High intensity personal activities will be provided by a Registered Nurse.
Early intervention
A set of therapeutic support services that are provided to families with children aged between 0-6 years to improve their development and functioning. Services are provided by a team of professionals who work together to meet the needs of the child and family.
Innovative Community Participation
Do you enjoy art, movies, live music, swimming, participating in clubs, attending sport games or visiting exhibition and galleries? We can assist you to enjoy the community, social and civic activities of your choice.
Assist Personal Activities
Supporting you or your loved one with personal care, such as bathing, showering, applying creams, assisting with dressing, toileting and continence management while maintaining privacy. All in the comfort of your own home.
Gardening
Providing various types of gardening services like Lawn Maintenance, Tree Trimming, Flower Bed Maintenance, Fertilization, Weed Control. This is done by a team of experts who have years of experience in gardening maintinance.
Support Coordination
Assistance in coordinating or managing life stages, transitions and supports Ensuring your plan is explained to you in detail, connecting you with service providers and allied health professionals, helping you connect with employment opportunities and/or higher education, and ensuring your plan is managed accordingly to fit the timeframe given.
Daily Tasks
Helping you with everyday tasks and activities to improve independence. This includes assisting with personal care, going to appointments or even a social day out somewhere to have fun and relax, we provide you with the option to choose how you would like to be supported.
Assistance With Travel/Transport
Assisting with transport-related aids and equipment and/or training to use public transport to help participants build independency with travelling, while also assisting with dropping and picking up participants to and from certain places.
